Greedy , dishonest, in the Stone Age. Office is rude, held my biopsy results hostage. Sad

The staff is rude AF!!! Lauren in particular was being asked a question she ended up overstepping her boundaries was trying to talk to my father as if he was a child! She has a poor attitude! She ended up hanging up the phone in my fathers face!!! Dr. Dwarka needs to put that dog on a leash!!! Does not like to be asked questions! My dad has been coming here for FAR TOO LONG! I actually don’t see the care in this place. Seems to be zero fcks given her.

The staff and office management is extremely unprofessional, ignorant and rude. They are quick to slam the phone down on you when they feel they are in the wrong and done with the discussion. I'm not sure what kind of professional training, if any, they have had. They do not follow medical reception/billing protocol and you will suffer in their own error. BE AWARE of this before you decide to make an appointment with this doctor. They make this Doctor look terrible!!!!

the worst staff ever. I cannot believe how rude the staff was. Very unprofessional, i cant believe they are open. abosolutely rude!!!

Dr dwarka is a very caring a knowledable doctor. He excellent bed side manners. His staff is always smiling and very pleasant. that is why he has kept them so long. You may have to wait, but you will get the attention you need. If you want a number one doctor... go to him

Dr. Dwarka is a wonderful, caring doctor. I would not have been going to him for 25 yrs. if he weren't. I heard people in the waiting area saying that he is the one people who work at the hospital go to. When a friend mentioned that her doctor referred her to him and she did not know anything about him, I said he's my doctor and she said okay, then I'm going to see him for sure. I have never had anyone be abrupt or rude - they are always smiling! If the wait time is long, it is because everyone is getting the individual attention they deserve!

Dr. Dwarka is a very good doctor. He takes his time with every patient he sees and always calls with the results of ordered tests. He is very busy because he good and I do not mind waiting for my appointment because I know he will answer all the questions that I ask him.

I do not find Dr Dwarka to be abrupt. Because of his desire to help many people in need of care, he must move quickly. In doing so though, he does not overlook what is necessary to be done. He just concentrates on this aspect. When my mother was very ill and dying, he even contacted me while he was out of town to discuss her medication, and he wasn't even her doctor! The reason there is a wait to see him is because so many people realize just how good & caring a doctor that he is!

This Doctor is abrupt, does not answer your questions, and talks down to his patients. His staff is judgemental, rude and hateful. This Doctor overbooks all the time and the wait averages at least an one hour, then he only spends at the most five minutes with you. I'm so glad that I finally saw the light and found another better kinder Doctor and staff.
