He spends time with you to understand your concerns.

The office just gave me the run around about my health insurance that I have through work. Then when it came time for when I needed a follow up after a hospital visit, I was told I wasn't a patient and they wouldn't do anything for me. The lady on the phone was so rude and arrogant that I just hung up. Now I'm out of a Dr. when I really need one. I guess it's back to the hospital. Stay away, I would give no stars if I could.

I have been with Dr. Mark Swetz since he stated practicing . He is an excellent Doctor. He is very caring, listens, takes his time, is punctual. He is also very knowledgeable and never hesitates to spend me to a specialist if needed. His staff is also very helpful and courteous. I wouldn't trade him for the world and recommend him highly. He is the Best.

Office staff is wonderful, caring, considerate and helpful. Dr. Swetz is the best doctor I have ever seen...he listens, cares about what you are saying and always remembers from the previous many visits. Not many like him around...lucky we have him

Very Good Doctor, Highly recommend. Spends as much time as needed to answer all your questions. Even listens when you are troubled with personal problems. GREAT DOCTOR

wonderful Doctor and wonderful Nurses. not sure why after 15 years, one is asked to find new dr. maybe-it was THE misunderstanding-seven pages of yearly information that HAS to and must be filled out every year, every year, every year for all members of your family that has him as your dr. No questions asked-even though all information is the same. what happens if i was "octomom"- does that really mean that for all 14 kids that the seven pages-form would have to be filled out every year for each and every one of her kids? i guess when someone has stress in their life, it means nothing. like others have said- long time patient, but not taking any new patients even if is is your own newborn. this office appears to be supportive of his own family ( disagreement with medical assistant was his possible sister-in-law? ) but will drop you when you make any complaint. otherwise wonderful people.
