He performed a surgery on my broken humerus. Can’t say enough good things about him. Incredibly talented and caring. Feel fortunate he was my surgeon.

Dr. David Wickham is an outstanding surgeon. He completed a surgery on my husband's hand a few years back. I have recently had an appointment with Dr. Wickham and he takes the time to listen and explain. As I was leaving his office he asked if I understood the next steps. The Medical Office Assistant on the other hand is extremely rude. I am not sure how someone of that nature could be employed in that position. I understand she is the funnel and has to ask questions to assist the doctor but her lack of empathy, rude tone and zero ability to let you explain actually had me in tears. Maybe she should consider that these patients are in need of medical attention and most are in pain. Thank goodness she is not the one to operate!!

Great amazing doctor however his MOA is very very rude to patients everytime I call. Lacks compassion and empathy towards patients in aggravating pain however Dr. Wickham is great and does care you’re in pain.

Excellent communication from both office and doctor. Has explained everything well and so I understand why. Very happy with the surgery and recovery to this point.

In 2010 I had a non-union scaphoid surgery by Dr. Wickham , he was very Friendly and helpful after the surgery. I now have a fully healed scaphoid with little problems.
April, 26/22 he perform carpal tunnel release surgery. I just had my follow-up and could not be happier. I still have a weak hand and a healing wound but I think he did a great job.
His receptionist is super friendly and very helpful throughout both surgeries, I still need my left carpal tunnel release surgery to have done but I have no concerns when the time comes
You can tell when you first meet Dr. Wickham that he absolutely loves what he does, and it shows in the work he does.
I absolutely recommend Dr. Wickham for any orthopedic needs.

Receptionist never truly cared about anything I had to say and even told me to go find a new doctor. Then made a joke that was quite rude. Doctor wickham basically waited 2 years while I was his patient to tell me he couldn’t fix my knee so now he is telling me to talk to a knee specialist. Last time I saw him in person he told me to straight up suck it up and ever since then it’s gotten miles worse to the point where I can’t go do anything I enjoy or the pain becomes too much.

This is the 2nd time I have seen Dr Wickham in the last few years. Still no fix for my shoulder. The receptionist is extremely rude and condescending. I had to do follow ups myself because she forgot to submit forms to the hospital and has never called me back to let me know what was going on. Horrible customer service. I’ve had 2 injections both have not done a thing. He was 45 min late for my appointment. All in all a horrible experience and very poor customer service

I had an emergency referral due to a sports injury. He was amazing in explaining everything to me and getting me the best treatment and results for the injury.
