Dr. William Dent is the best doctor out of the 4 I have. They are all great so this is really high praise! His overall ratings would be 100 stars if possible due to the staff caring as much as he does. Dr. Dent was the only doctor in all the years I have struggled with my health to be concerned enough to keep trying to find the problem even though it is not lung related. He still continues to give me the best care, taking time to listen and prescribe me the oxygen I desperately needed that my other Dr.s wouldn't due to not having a concrete diagnosis. Dr. Dent, Becky, and Shelia all have been my gifts from God . Finding health care environment, services and quality they provide is unfortunately and very heartbreaking these days.

We forwarded a CT scan CD to Dr. Dent's office a few days before our arrival there. The scan showed where her lung cancer had spread from a small area to encompass both lungs and the liver. Seeing that she had the cancer in the lung, Dr. Dent was not too interested in talking to us. He gave her a cursory examination then mistakenly attributed much of her chronic cough to GERD and prescribed a proton pump inhibiter. He prescribed another inhaler and said he would see us in two months. He returned the CT scan CD with the report and sent us on our way. Dr. Dent's demeanor was not good for us. He seemed distant and irritated. But he just didn't seem to want anything to do with us. That's something our family really didn't need with my wife's condition. Perhaps he had had a bad day. I advised his office by phone a few days later that we'll seek someone else for her lung needs.

My mom used him several years befor she died 5 years ago. She loved his baby face and "litle boy looks" he was so kind to her and a very concerned DR. We think very highly of him for us we will recomand him 1st to understand issues.

His concern and knowledge were so comforting. We were kept up-to-date quickly on all tests and reports. He was never rushed, nor appeared to make us feel we were taking too much of his time.

The finest Dr. I have ever had! There is no waiting to see him, you don't even have to sign in the office knows you when you enter. You are always seen in just a very few minutes. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He always has time to answer any question you may have. We would trust him in any given situation. It would be so wonderful if all Dr's would be as considerate as he is!
