I've been a patient there for several years and would Dr. Ruppersberger to anyone looking for a good family practice. The staff has always been very helpful to me and quick to respond when needed. Doctor R. is glad to answer all of your questions and is very caring toward his patients.

Wow, really surprised by the last review. I ve been to a lot of offices, specialist and hospitals. The staff in this office are fabulous! Friendly, courteous, helpful, patient and efficient,. I have called there several times in one day for scripts or whatever, and their attitude was the same, no problem! I have even commented to the doctor because I've experience some nasty receptionist on many occasions. They are just sweet girls!! I have waited a long a few times, but it happens, for the most part their fairly quick. I could care less about the style of furniture, it's clean , although I have noticed a slight musty smell, they have magazines and music. Dr Ruppersberger is awesome , he listen and explains at length, and He is thorough . He has never dismissed any of my concerns, which I've also experienced. I've also had a very positive interaction with the billing. I have encourage many family members to use dr. Ruppersberger and they ar equally happy.

******MOST OF THIS IS BASED OFF MY EXPERIENCE WITH BEVERLY AND OFFICE. When I first started to see Dr. Ruppersberger they intoduce me to Kitty. Fortunately for her she took her practice to another state. I now see Beverly. Her personality belongs to the billing dept. that you never see. Maybe a ticket booth employee. . She judges you she doesn't know how to listen. I went to this office because they were closer. The turnover is awful. And Andrew is not his father. And not too mention they are stuck in the 80's with their file system and the office it's self needs a lot of work. It's not welcoming and has an order as well as the temperature not good for sick people. Their chairs were from another practice because they are out of style and worn out . All this matters when you wait for two hours. Listening to the top 40's has a time and a place. Put a more settled station on.

Awesome doctor. He will take time and explain. He has amazing bedside manner. I'm very happy I finally made the choice to switch to his office. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Ruppersberger and the staff...Very nice, helpful, understanding and actually takes the time to listen to you. Also sees my daughter who is almost 5 and she has never been more comfortable and happy with a dr office

Dr. Ruppersberger is an excellent doctor as is his associates. I wouldn't go anywhere else. He's getting so popular it's hard to get an appointment with him. I miss getting to see him but his associate (Kitty) is also excellent.

Dr Drew and Dr Tom, are great!! They care and are there for you. My whole family now sees them and we will never go anywhere else.
