I had an MRI and was told I would get a follow up call in about 2 weeks. It took ONE MONTH. After 2 weeks of not hearing back, I called them, only to get a meandering and frustrating voice message telling me they would call back in 24 to 48 hours, which never happened. And their voice message tells you to not leave multiple messages, which is the first clue that they are lazy about returning calls. Otherwise, why have that in the message? Finally, I decided to go there in person to ask for an appointment. The new girl apologized (to her credit) and said she didn’t know what happened. The rest of the staff is rude, condescending and have no business in a service role. Ultimately, this is a reflection on the doctor to have people like that working on his team. That makes me question his judgment, which is troubling.

I had an appointment with Doctor, finally. The front desk doesn't know what they are doing. I don't need a referral with the type of insurance I have, but they insisted I have my primary doctor send a referral. My doctor's office fax'd the information that same day they said they needed. I kept calling and calling doctor's office to see if they received the info and I kept getting told that they had not received it. My primary doctor called me every day to see if the info had been received by doctor and a I kept telling them no. I could not get an appointment unless doctor received this info, so I had to wait for days before I could get into to see doctor. I finally spoke to a person, Kim, who knew what she was doing and said the information had been there all the time. An appointment was finally made, but it was for the wrong office. Supposedly doctor is only in the Conroe office on Tuesdays and Thursdays and my appointment was for Monday. By the time I parked the car, got the walker out and finally made my way to the 3rd floor in Conroe, the office was locked up tighter than a drum. I had to struggle to get back to my car because I was in such pain after all that walking. I made an appointment for the Conroe office. I was not aware he had 2 locations, but had to wait until the following week. Never have I ever had to wait this long to get an appointment to see a doctor. When I finally got to see doctor, that was not a pleasant visit either. I felt like he had one foot out the door from the time he walked into the room. Spent no time with me at all and just did a routine office visit. Said I needed an MRI and then left the room. Way too many patients in the waiting room and felt like he was overbooked and that is why he was in such a hurry. When he walked out of the room, he never came back and I told the nurse I still had questions for him. When he finally came back, he didn't even shut the door and just stood at the door to see what I wanted. I didn't even get to spend any time with him. Very poor patient contact. Extremely disappointed in this. After all that I had been through with this entire procedure of even trying to get an appointment, I could see there was a problem with his scheduling. I cannot give him a good recommendation. I felt like I was being shoved out the door. POOR SCHEDULING and doctor being rushed, in my opinion.

dr wangs office will not take care of business! office workers hang up and never return calls when you really need them. Last time I needed a refill, office worker refused to call back and refill my prescription. The woman in the office was rude and never did have Dr wang call me back or make sure my prescription was renewed. All I did get was a letter stating that I would no longer be a patient of Dr. Wang. No explanation! All he had to do was send the renewal for my prescription to the veterans office in the same building on loop 336 in Conroe Texas.

Impossible to get anything through to his office staff. So far our experience with Dr Wang has been sufficient. I'm going to research my options as I've been going to him well over a year now and because of his front office staff I'm considering finding another doctor. Just hate the process of having to re-do all that has been done in his office. It will probably take forever and a day to get records transferred if I do decide go elsewhere. They all need to remember who is paying their salary. If Dr Wang loses patients ... it might just be their job that goes as well!!!

I went to see Dr Wang regarding managing my migraines. He was very attentive and listened to me; asked all the right questions. I really liked him.
However, his office is a nightmare.
The staff does not get back to you.
When you affiliate with a doctor; it is the whole package; Doctor+support staff.
I rate his staff as zero stars.
This may be sufficient reason to consult with another physician.

Dr. Wang seemed very arrogant and lacked the ability to listen to the patient. I felt that instead of listening to the problem he had just drawn to his own conclusions and did the normal "protocal" then said come back in a couple weeks. After 3 unneccesary doctor visits he then reffered me to an Orthopedic. Then the Orthopedic referred me to another Nerologist who discovered the problem in only one doctor visit.

Took to long to contact back then gave wrong info and when confronted due to seeing another physician who caught the mistake, The other physician probably saved his life and took immediate action and got the ball rolling.
