Very personable Excellent patient bed side Sue is not only excellent she can also make the visit fun. Funny lady I trust her totally. If you find she rushes just tell her you need some time for questions. She is more then eager to educate and explain your condition to you. But you might have to ask. She is young , energetic., Awesome and last but not least one of the best !'

Her office staff is the worst!!!!! We found out our pregnancy wasn't viable and needed to schedule a D&C. We were told we'd get a call in the morning. Three days and five calls (all,of which were initiated by me, they have yet to return a call) later and still no scheduled procedure, no call to tell us when we can expect to hear...literally nothing. They act as if every call for information is a horrible incontinence and they provide no details. The office staff has made this experience worse than it already was. We will be choosing a different doctor.

Dr. Moore is great! She's very personable and easy to talk to. She delivered my second child almost 2 years ago and things went great and no problems. I drove from Long Beach to Fountain Valley throughout my pregnancy , sometimes even driving from Carson (work) to Fountain Valley. That should tell you something! I'm not sure why there are some negative reviews below, but in my experience with Dr. Moore, she was wonderful! I've recommended her to my sisters and several of my friends!

Going to Dr. Moore is like getting an oil change, sure she's great for those quick and fast visits but she doesn't spend any time to actually talk to her patients nor is she open to patient questions. The little information that she does have is outdated (such as recommending pregnancy books out of print since 2007) and other patient questions from my experience were brushed off as matters of 'common sense.'

Dr. Moore is a great doctor, she just needs to tell her staff to stop acting so unprofessional. I was on hold for 15 minutes, decided to hang up and call back, refused to be on hold again since I just wanted to ask a few questions and the receptionist hung up on me.......UM.....okay???

Best doctor ever! Dr. Moore has been there for me in my worst times, extremely compassionate and does not waste my time in explaining procedures, as well goes the extra mile in running tests to exclude all factors. In this day where so many doctors do only what you came in for, I am glad she is the one who will go over and beyond! She is my most trusted doctor and can't wait to have a child with her there beside me!

I called to make an appt with this doc 3 times and all three times this doctor called the day before and cancelled due to "emergency" so I finally got frustrated and tried to find another doctor who wouldn't rudely cancel on me every time. After a month of looking I couldn't find anyone close enough to my house so I called attempting to make an appointmenta fourth time as asked that this doctor not cancel on me again and this time I have to reschedule and the staff tels me since you rescheduled she will not take you as a patient...unbelievable!! I get cancelled on three times but if I have an emergency she drops you as a patient...if I were anyone reading this I would find another doctor !! She is very unreliable and rude !

Dr Moore treated me prior to, and throughout my pregnancy. I had a great experience with her and her staff. She is very direct and doesn't go into long explanations, but she always took the time to answer my questions candidly and with compassion. I liked Dr Moore so much, in fact, that if I get pregnant again I'll probably go back to her despite the fact that she is a considerable distance from my home and work.

I agree she's great but I always feel rushed. I don't mind if it's a regular visit but what I'm going through right now I expected more . I have been in a wait and see approach on my pregnancy hcg level since Monday, dr says she will call me this am for results but no call yet even though I left 2 messages not even from the nurse. I just want answers which what a doctor should have if they say they will call you first thing in the morning. I didn't even get a call back when I went to urgent care! Nice facility though but need more compassion on their patients.

I chose dr moore based on her ratings, but I unfortunately did not have a very good experience. Her staff was friendly, but dr moore seemed distracted. I felt like a number. Perhaps I just saw her on an off day, but I don't think I am going back.
