This man should be stripped of his license and given a serious lesson in being a human being. He has zero bedside manner. He is arrogant and has the biggest god complex I have ever seen. He said he could fix me with his state of the art porthole surgery that he invented. When I questioned him, he told me to go to Boston and get a second opinion because he trained all the doctors down there. He did the surgery and four months later I was still in excruciating pain. I went back for a follow up and explained my pain and his exact words were “ Sucks to be you. I told you I didn’t want to do the surgery.” This was a bold face lie! Stay away from this monster! BTW not one doctor in Boston ever heard of him.

Dr Thomas Kleeman is quite an arrogant person. He recomended physical therapy which I agreed with but I had to do it at his facility or find another doctor! Isn't this unethical?

He is arrogant and if surgery doesn't work the first time, don't bother to go back. He will tell you you are going to be like this for the rest of your life anyway so get used to it. I have suffered for months and his response is "oh well", Find another doctor if you want to be treated like a human being. So unprofessional!

Dr. Kleeman is truthful, and if you can absorb and implement what he suggests, you will become a partner in your own spinal health. I highly recommend Dr. Kleeman an would absolutely choose him again if I need further surgical intervention.

I was referred to Dr. Tammron Kleeman (A.K.A. Jay Kleeman, AKA T. Jay Kleeman) by another physician in the same practice. Kleeman did not introduce himself, and presented as arrogant, disinterested and uncaring. He asked me whether or not his colleague had ordered tests. When I replied in the negative, I was surprised that he did not follow up by orderng them. Apparently he thought the results might be useful, but only if he didn't have to trouble himself to obtain them. He listed several potential courses of treatment, but dismissed each one in turn as "a waste of time". He gave the distinct impression that he just wanted me out of his office. Although I would give this practice high marks otherwise, I would not recommend this physician to anyone.

If you ever get referred to Dr. Kleeman, run and run quickly. My son's primary referred us to the office and not to him personally, we just got the luck of the draw. He came in, didn't introduce himself asked what was wrong, my son said he had back pain, asked if there was a history of back problems in the family, there are, and he said, there you go, it's genetics, kiss your football career goodbye. He tested his reflexes, made my son touch his toes, and then began with the BMI, said if my son didn't lose weight, he will be in a wheel chair by the time he was 30. My son is 17. Why would you say something like that. He then continued saying how Wilfork for the Patriot's is a big guy, doesn't understand how he moves so fast, but mark his words, he will be dead in five years. Are you kidding me!!! At that point I told him I would be seeking a 2nd opinion. He said I should, and maybe if I hear it enough times I will believe what he said. He didn't say anything. No diagnosis, no medication for my son. He got up and left. We thought he was coming back, but when he didn't, we had to find our own way out. To say my son, as well as us, were devastated buy what he said is an understatement. There were so many ways to handle this situation and Dr. Kleeman handled it wrong on all accounts. He is arrogant and rude. We are going into Boston to see a specialist. If you get referred to him, get another doctor to help you.

Dr. Kleeman is very knowledge, confident, and honest. He did surgery on me 9 years ago and I had great results. If you are looking for sympathy, go to a counselor.

Was told to to arrive at 10. My appointment started at almost 10:45. I was told to undress and get into a gown. The doctor finally came in and came out and said "do you know what bmi is?" and asked if I exercised EVER. He spent 40 minutes telling me how I needed to eat better, doesn't matter if I am allergic to food because if I dont eat what he says, I am going to die. I told him I was willing to try and exercise but that I couldn't even get off the couch or walk without severe pain. He never did an exam. Blamed my pain on my BMI and not on the real issues. Refused to discuss the other pain spots in my back and neck. At the end of the appointment, from sitting on a hard table, I started shifting to get comfortable. He says "you arent even going to do this anyway." and got up. appointment over.
I wasted my time. Don't waste yours. Insist your doctor refer you elsewhere.
By the way, my weight....I am a size 6/8.

Words truly cannot express how much our life has changed since my husband underwent spinal fusion surgery with Dr. Kleeman in October of 2013. Before surgery I was depressed as I had lost my husband from being truly involved with our family of 4 great boys. We are still in our 30's and should have been enjoying wonderful times. Instead, Bob was able to do less, was very depressed no one could explain. He walked into your office and months later life changed. Over the last few months as Bob as recovered, so have I. We both have a new sense of joy for life and am looking forward to what lies ahead! Just yesterday it was amazing to see him take a day off of work and begin to build a fort (a massive one at that) for his 3 young boys. He worked on it all day, smiling away! Then at 6 at night he went for a 5 mile bike ride!!!! A year ago he could not even take a walk around the block. Dr. Kleeman, thank you for giving my husband and my kid’s dad back!! Thank you, Colleen McCarthy
