He is on time for every appointment that I have with him. He is very nice but does not always give information on test results without a phone call from me. I had been on medication for several years for headaches when I started asking for refills his office seemed to get upset. I called his office for a possible sinus infection and was given an appointment in two weeks and ended up at urgent care. He has students come in sometimes to evaluate patients which is fine but you end up repeating yourself again when he comes in. I left his office feeling like I just wasted his time on more than one occasion.

Dr. Hargraves is the only doctor I've had that has taken the time to get to know not only my problems and health issues, but as well me. Is very helpful and his staff is extremely nice and caring.
