Worst experience of my life. Staff were helpful and and accommodating. The physician however was rude and condescending. No compassion or bedside manner. Actually screamed at me. Not helpful at all and downright rude. I gleaned no additional information than what I researched on the web. Complete waste of my time.

I wish I had taken heed to the other reviews on other sites. My visit was a complete waste of time trying to getting away from the large conglomerate of Crystal Run. But if I go to a Dr. & complain of numbness in my hands waking me up at night, while driving, & weakness & spasms of phalanges, you better send me for a nerve conduction study or you’re fired. And you get a review like this. I went to medical school for six years, believe me - avoid this doctor like the plague. Outdated medical equipuipment.

Dr. Neustadt and his staff are professional,timely and caring for all patients. Dr. Neustadt ordered the necessary testing to determine the cause of my problem and helped alleviate my headaches with a prescription and helping model changes in my sleep habits. I would recommend him as a doctor of choice for any person with discomfort involving the nervous system.
