I scheduled an ultrasound for Jan 25th, and no one told me until I got there that they don’t even do ultrasounds on that day. That was most of reason I went. The doctor seemed pleasant, so I did a pap smear and wait over a week with no call for the results. I finally call and they say they have to send me a portal. Why on earth wasn’t that sent to begin with beats me. 2 weeks after my appointment, I can’t get into this portal. It’s asking for a “persons number”. I call and they give me that. Why would you not give me that when you sent the portal? Over three weeks later, I see zero results or anything posted to the portal. It’s like no lab was done and I never even went there. I had another scheduled lab with the same office that I canceled because they don’t care to get me the results from the first lab or to book the original procedure you request. I called the emergency number, because no one in the office cares.
That person dryly kept repeating the time the office opens.

Do the procedure that’s scheduled.
Give the lab results.
I’d have the same result if I just didn’t bother going here. I’ve learned nothing about my health status and now have to go to another medical facility to get the proper care. Don’t bother billing me or my insurance company. At this point, you never even bothered to send my lab in.

When a patient goes to get lab work done and the office can’t be bothered to give the results which I still don’t have, on the 11th day of February. The next call is to the department of health. This office is completely about profit. No care in health care.

Dr. Dulai is very patient and knowledgeable. She never rush the appointment and makes sure all my questions are answered.

I went to see Dr. Dulai a couple of months ago. I did not care for Dr. Dulai. She is very mean and did not show the slightest interest in my concerns or questions. I will never go back to her. I do now know who the other reviews are for, because they most certainly don't seem like they could apply to the Dr. Dulai I met!

Dr. Duli was wonderful. Sh was never in a hurry, talked to me and explained things very clearly. She was warm and friendly, very easy to talk to. I would recommend her to both young and older women. My Daughter also is a patient and has been for a number of years. The clinic is warm and tasteful, very welcoming from the moment you walk in the door.

Dr. Dulai is everything I was looking for in an OB/GYN - professional, knowledgeable, great bedside manner with myself as well as my husband, and extremely thorough. She always reviewed my medical chart during each exam. She was there for both my miscarriage and the birth of my daughter. Awesome Doctor. Dr. Sidhu is wonderful as well.
