I have never been treated so badly by a doctor. She labeled and judged me the minute I walked in her door. She is more interested in being right or proving she knows more than you than she is to listening to the patient. She put her hand up to stop me when I was trying to talk and even answer her questions. She used terms like, "how did you dodge that bullet" when questioning me about my family history and what really threw me over the edge was when she slapped her hand down repeatedly on the table next her to laptop and said " right here, I'll lay it on the line,$20 bucks, right here , right now" that I'll know what your test results show. She wasn't interested in what I had going on with me previously and kept telling me that I was making this difficult. She definitely has her own agenda and let's just say, she'll never see my bloodwork since I refuse to have it done and sent to her. I will never go back to her either. I should have known that I was going to be unhappy with my visit when I read some of the reviews because they are really accurate. She has a terrible bedside manner and she is rude.

As a new patient, I would like to see more favorable comments about Dr. Burns. I have mixed feelings about Dr. Burns after meeting her. The staff is nice, informative and helpful. I don't like dealing with PA's as I have had two bad experiences with two of them.

I really dislike this office. My sister recommended me to this office so I decided to go to dr. Burns office. I had specifically told the person I spoke to that i wanted an appointment with dr. Burns . When I go to the office it's another dr that attended me. He send me do to lab work and I literally waited over a week to see if they would call me with the results or if I needed to set up and appointment and they would never call, I had to be y he one to call them back several times!

I had stomach problems for years, most of my life. I changed to Dr. Burns. I had a flare up. She knew something was wrong, sent my to the ER due to severe dehydration, found the problem so sad she is not on my new insurance. I will be forever greatful to her for helping me. When I was in the hosptial and she made her rounds she would come sit on my bed and talk to me and see how I was then exam me. VEry good doctor.

She becomes very rude if you ask too many questions or in any way challenge her assertions. Her staff is difficult to deal with and it takes forever to get an appointment with her. Several members of my family went there for years and we have all recently changed doctors due to her personality and office staff. Over the years her practice and her attitude have really gone downhill.

Excellent doctor. Listens and answers all your questions. She found a major problem that I had, and my previous doctor never found.

i was treated very rudely by the staff. DR Burns would not listen to me about my condition I had to have several Doctors teat me when I was really sick because they were to busy. I had a Parathyroid tumor removed and because i went out of state to do it i was treated like i was an idiot.
