Dr Lui always seeks to be positive and is a knowledgable doctor who tries give appropriate care, However she can run very late with appts and as a result can come across during appts as being rushed and has with me, had a lot of difficulty listening to answers when she has asked a question frequently interrupting. I have felt misunderstood and not heard on several occasions as she appeared to be rushing too finish the appointment as quickly as possible, once even dismissing me abruptly from the appt! This caused me a lot of distress and no apology was ever given although I sort too work it through by letter which she never replied too. The administrator did briefly respond, but The letter was too the Dr and I had asked for her too respond to me which never happened. I could say more but choose not too.
Just too say that I will not be going back too This Dr again as I have complex medical issues that requires someone who has good listening and communication skills plus some empathy. My present GP is a great Dr very kind and we have a very good rapport and excellent communication for which I am grateful!

Daphne is dedicated to her profession & is extremely thorough. Sometimes there is a wait but that is to be expected for a GP who is in high demand. She has been my GP, & my family's GP, for many years. I trust her implicitly & recommend her highly. It's difficult to find a good GP, so finding Daphne was like finding treasure. No other GP can compare - I trust her with mine & my family's lives.

Very helpful and informative doctor. I have never had such confidence in a doctor before. Daphne is thoughtful and will listen to any problems you may have. She gives various solutions and is very keen to help you get back on track. My family all see Daphne now. It took 30years to find someone as good as her. Thanks Daphne!

VeryVery friendly, knowledgeable and passion in her job. If I have any concern about my illness, she always willing to spent time with me to discuss my concern. You can have decent conversation with her, unlike my pervious GP where I am just a case of his business. She got some rare kindness character that you just can’t find from most of GP. friendly and paitent

This "medical professional" decided to that her lunch break was more important than the appointment I had scheduled. Never mind that I was on MY lunch break from work for the appointment which I couldn't wait any longer for.
