Dr.Spillane is a wonderful, caring doctor. His staff on the other hand are extremely rude. If it wasnt for the doctor I wouldnt have gone back.

Dr. Spillane is an outstanding physician, but his front desk staff is difficult to work with. They did not want to give me an appointment for an emergency visit that needed medication within 48 hours or it was ineffective., I asked him directly when I was in the examination room, and he said 'he always takes emergencies'. Apparently front desk ignores this, and when I became insistent, they finally found two available spots for that day. When I made the follow-up appointment at the front desk, I told them Dr. Spillane said he DOES take emergencies, they were indifferent..

This relic needs to go out to pasture. Waiting room might as well be called a black hole; you'll wait for centuries. Overall, nice staff working in beastly conditions; this throwback does not deserve them.

Not sure if these other ratings are talking about the same Dr. Spillane. Cannot get an appointment for 1 1/2 months, long wait in waiting room, then he gives you a minute of his time. Terrible to his staff. Humiliated the girl that was assisting him, kicked her out of exam room and continued to talk about her after she was gone. I didn't come to him to hear him complain and then tell me I had "Shitty Irish skin". Left with not help and feeling sorry for his staff who were all very pleasant.

Dr Spillane is a wonderful doctor. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and has an easy going manner. He will "fit you in" when necessary and his office and staff are very pleasant with little wait time. I would highly recommend him as myself and family have trusted him for years.
