Dr. Ramchand is knowledgable and helpful and willong to spend time with his patients. Although i did not get the answer or exact diagnosis, i understand it is difficult to do so and he helped steer me in the right direction instead of blowing me off like other doctors did. This doctor actually listens and genuinely wants to help. Outside of the purpose for the visit, he saw me pretty quickly and he and his staff are very friendly and understanding.
