I was a patient with this practice since the beginning. It is not uncommon to make an appointment, show up on time, and wait for several hours to be seen. The diagnosis and treatment received has become mediocre at best. All test results require an additional visit, even when the results do not require additional actions or treatment. I'm assuming this is so they can charge your insurance for the visit and collect your co-pay. The receptionists and office personnel are not very considerate or kind either. I will say the office atmosphere is very professional. The problem is, it is so professional I think they forgot they are dealing with people. In my opinion I believe they are more concerned about their practice and the possibility of lawsuits then their patients. If you disagree with my comments above it is probably because professional treatment is not something that has been experienced. This Review is based on my experience with this establishment and is my opinion

Drs. Peter & George Zazzali have been our doctors for over 10 years & we have never had a problem with either of them. They are both excellent & professional& truly care for their patients Apoointments never seem to be a problem & yes you may have to wait for 15 minutes or so but we have experienced much longer waits with other doctors. The doctors saved my life by ordering the necessary tests & referrals which resulted in quadruple bypass surgery. It should also be noted that the doctors also have both early morning and late appointments to accomodate working families. My family & I think the world of these two very skilled & professional doctors.

Terrible office hours - wait too long in waiting room and then again inside. Always have to return to discuss test results (a way new make more $$$)?

The office is just overrun with patients. My husband waited 3 hours last time so it's quits for us! Dr. George rushes through the appointment and I never feel like I've gotten the right diagnosis.

Usual wait over an hour. Had to wait over 3 one visit. Very Obnoxious. Does not listen to your problem just wants to get you in and out since they book 5 or 6 people for the same time.

STAY AWAY, AFTER 3 MONTHS UNDER HIS CARE I KNEW I HAD AN UTI, HE SEEMED SURPRISED AT MY INSISTANCE ON THIS ISSUE. WHEN HE ASKED ME HOW I KNEW I TOLD HIM WHEN YOU HAVE A FOLEY YOU KNOW BYNTHE PRESSURE. I REALIZED AFTER 3 MONTHS HE NEVER BOTHERED TO LOOK AT MY MEDICAL RECORDS. I SWITCHED DRS IMMEDIATELY. HIS OFFICE IS LIKE A MEAT MARKET. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. PATIENT BEWARE.

Had physical therapy and felt I could have gotten more attention and also seemed more like a gym where you just do whatever exercise you can. Not much one-on-one like a massage therapist and still doing my own therapy at home.

AVOID THIS DR. like the plague as well as his brother Peter who also works in Nutley. I had a horrific experience with them in 2004. Had severe pain in my head that not only could they not explain/provide treatment for (they just basically gave up because they didn't care about doing the work when it came to a patient) but they also told me when I was crying from pain in their office that I needed a shrink. I absolutely do not need a shrink - I am a college educated, mellow, kind, caring person. My husband was not allowed in the room with me and when he found out that the Dr. made the comment to me about the shrink, a fist fight almost broke out (and rightly so). The office staff are like a bunch of robots under his control - as if they'd be fired if they stepped out of line. Like I said, AVOID this guy completely. He is a waste of money and has not one ounce of bedside manner.
