Love Dr Redmond but after years of dealing with rude staff. We are done. Let them know on the occasions where behaviours were rude but a family can only take soo much. Will miss Dr. Redmond. 😔

Dr. Redmond is the best dentist ever! I have been seeing him since I was old enough to go to the dentist, and he is always extremely gentle, kind and knowledgeable. I don't know how he does it, but as others have said, his method of giving freezing needles is completely painless. It wasn't until I was in my early 20s that I realized that freezing was done by needles — I had no idea!! I don't live even close to Beaumont but the drive is always worth it for the care I receive from him and the other hygienists. I am dreading the day he takes his (well-deserved) retirement.

Best dentist there is. I’ve seen him for over 20 years. love him and his staff. Very friendly, kind and helpful. I always laugh with the front desk girls. They are family to me and always concerned on how I’m doing. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Denis is awesome!!!
Unfortunately not the same could be said about his staff. Very rude, loud, outspoken and opinionated.
Especially his young assistant, I heard her talking behind patients backs.
And she is always chatting and laughing, she needs to pay attention and start working

The previous statements are very true the front staff is not only stuck up , rude, think that they are the only people in the world attitude. Dr. Redmond is great and needs new front staff. Seriously!

Dr. Redmond is by far the best dentist! The most compassionate and caring man, and incredibly knowledgeable. He works incredibly hard to take care of me and my family, and is always able and happy to answer any questions I have. I will be very sad when he retires one day!

A great dentist. But... his receptionists are both very rude. They are not helpful. He hired a newer girl a couple years now. She is like them too , very rude. I watched them while waiting for my appointment talk about patients as they left the office or went into the back to be worked on. Very immature group of people

Dr. Redmond has been my dentist since 1990. He is absolutely the best dentist ever. Over the years I have been to a few others dentists as I have moved a couple times. Nobody ever even came close to Dr. Redmond! He is truly concerned about you and your wellbeing. I don't think any of his work ever had to be redone in my mouth. Nobody can give a freezing needle like Dr.Redmond! He's the best! As others have said, if you are ever having trouble he makes himself available. If work doesn't need to be done right away, he just keeps an eye on issues to make sure they do not b come a problem. As for his staff, I have never experienced the issues that others have written about in other reviews. If there were appointment issues or billing issues, they were always worked out in a very professional manner. Unfortunately schedules need to change sometimes when you are booking months in advance. No different than my own life. Overall, Dr. Redmond and his staff are the best!
