Love going to his office-Staff is the best I'v ever encountered. It's actually fun there. Though serious about what is going on medically, they make it an enjoyable experience from the minute you walk in the door. They talk to you as a person not just a patient.

the doc was wonderful with my son, and very knowledgeable.We have had horrible experiences in the past. I'm glad I discovered him. I would recommend him to anyone.

I was told that Medicare would pay for entire procedure. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. I was billed. When I called to complain the secretary said she would check things out and get back with me. That was over two weeks ago and I still haven't heard from her. I have another appointment on Feb.05 and I don't intend to keep it.

my experience with the "doctor" was horrible. i ended up getting an infection that took 3 months to get rid of and now i have a bad scar. i was over billed and im still trying to fix that. avoid this fool at all costs!!!!

A couple of months ago I was at a local hospital for a minor procedure. I saw a young man sitting with a senior lady holding her hand and talking to her quietly. When I asked a staff member if the lady was ok, I was told "oh yea, that's her dr. sitting with her after her surgery" I was shocked! How wonderful for a dr. to sit with a patient. I later found out that his name was Dr. Patrus. I contacted his office about making an appointment I spoke to a lady I think her name was either Kelly or Cathy. I told her I would have insurance in Feburary. More concered about if I was ok then my insurance this lady offered to have me come in right away. I told her I only needed a check up and would call back when I had insurance and was told that they would be there anytime I needed them. How refreshing to see and speak to people who really care.

He is very unprofessional, always at least 45 minutes last in morning and after lunch, always behind schedual. Treats staff poorly, has charged me and other patients with procedures he didnt do. I know other patients of his that he has done surgery on and did it wrong. Half the time he doesnt even show up or bother to call when he is doing housecalls. Has been sue-d before, in the process of getting sue-d again for surgery gone wrong, has been kicked out of medicare twice.
