I've used Dr Kaufman for procedures and care several times and had a positive experience. He is knowledgeable and very nice.

Does not introduce himself as he enters office, particularly to new patients. Speaks so softly that he's barely audible. Seems to be talking to himself as opposed to gaining information from patient.

Extremely poor beside manner. He jumped to conlusions about my illness and then when I tried to tell him he was wrong, he got very sarcastic and arrogant. I found him dismissive with no compassion. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Dr Kaufman has the worst follow up of any doctor, he has a call center that takes phone calls that argues with the patient does not listen, I had to go to the emergency room after my procedure, because I could not get what was going on after a polyp removal BAD Communicator, Call center pushes patient out of communication with primary doctor that originally did procedure
