It took me a while to decide to do this. I was pointed here by a friend after I told her about my visit to this Dr. I was also first seen by an assistant, he assured me I would see the Dr. The assistant was FANTASTIC. But things changed quickly with the Dr. His attitude and actions were much different. It was also very obvious that the Dr didn't properly clean up after his previous patient. I was upset by this. But I was more upset by the comments the Dr made when he realized I was upset, his comments were unprofessinal and unthinkable, I wont put them here because I am putting them in an official complaint. I wondered if he cuts this many corners and is that casual about them I want to touch nothing in this office and run away from it as fast as I can. For weeks I told all my friends of the NIGHTMARE of a visit. Hence the post. This visit it was absolutely obvious he did not properly clean after his previous patient I will never take a chance here again.

I went to Dr. Reed to have some Botox and Radiesse. He did a wonderful job at a reasonable rate. He was very helpful and made me feel relaxed. The staff was friendly and got me in and out. I will go back again.

The other posters are correct -- I took my son to Dr. Reed for several months and while the (one) experience we had with Dr. Reed went well, most of the time you see PAs. I would be fine with that if I could choose which PA to see or at least saw the same one consistently. We arrived for a recommended procedure one day only to be told by the PA on call that it wasn't required....next time we went in the procedure was done after all. Also the office staff is very difficult at this practice. We had some issues with my son's prescriptions and the office staff was rude and unhelpful. I will finish up with my son's treatment at this practice, but for future dermatological needs will look elsewhere, which is really a shame because we did like and respect Dr. Reed himself

I was very bothered when I got there, I waited for almost 30 minutes, was told they had no idea what was going on with my 4 year old and his skin condition, so they completed a biopsy, only to make me wait and wait for the results, I called eveyday and was told to call back the next day. When I let it go for a few days and waited for them to c all me NOTHING! I called them and was told the Doc was on vacation, and there was no one there to tell me what the results were, but the receptionist stated no news is good news, and proceeded to tell me my baby only has hives. I am not happy! Hives don't last for weeks and weeks. Do they? Don't know because the Doctor never had a discussion with me about what to expect front his skin condition. No communication. Horrible practice.

I also made an appointment with Dr. Reed to have a skin cancer evaluation, even though my insurance was not accepted I said I would pay for the exam myself. After waiting 3 1/2 weeks for an appointment I was told Dr. Reed was on vacation and that his PA would be seeing me. Patients should be informed beforehand if Dr Reed will not be seeing them, especially when we specifically make an appointment to see him and are paying for his service!

I made an appointment with Dr Reed to have a small sun damage spot looked at on my face. I was told to come on into the treatment room, and I was a little perplexed that Dr Kenneth Reed was a woman. it turns out they had a Physicians Assistant look at and treat me. I specifically made an appointment to see Dr Reed. I called back and after being treated in a condescending by the office manager, I told her , that if I did not receive my Co-Pay back, that I was going to call the attorney generals office. They did give me my co-pay back. I found these people to be deceptive and dishonest.

I waited for over an HOUR to see him while trying to keep my toddler from getting into trouble. Too long a wait in my opinion!
