Impossible to get refills within two weeks even with pharmacy making multiple calls to Dr and expressing frustration.

Dr is great, but staff is awful. Total nightmare to get them to do anything. Very unprofessional.

The office manager never returns calls. The staff is quite unprofessional. Poor follow-through. Sad and un-called for. What about the patients needs. What happened to this practice it use to be Great. Now sadly, it is a joke. But the PA (gentlemen) provides outstanding service. Try and learn from him please.

My wife has to go back every 3 months just so you can charge her for asking to get her refills on the prescription she's hooked on. THEN your staff doesn't even call in the prescription. Twice! In a row! Now my wife is at Texas Med Clinic having a breakdown because of withdrawal.

No after hour answering service either.

6 years back staff was horrible but now things have changed completely. The staff now is great there helpful and professional. I'm glad I stayed with Doctor Pinkston. She is a great doctor makes you feel comfortable and understanding. I would refer people to come see her she is awesome

I have had 2 appointments with Dr. Pinkston's office. The 1st appointment almost had me looking for another physician because of her unprofessional staff. I decided to give it one more try, and boy am I glad I did!. Dr. Pinkston has a completely new staff and the difference is amazing. Her staff is extremely polite and professional. I like Dr. Pinkston very much as well.

I like Dr. Pinkston...she is a very nice Doctor. She is very understanding and helpful but her staff is a different story.They are by far the worst staff I have ever seen at a Dr.'s office. They do not care about their patients and have an attitude with them. Whenever I go to my appointments I have to wait for at least an hour before I see the Dr. After the appt if for any reason I do need a f/u appt..i have to wait another 30 minutes in order to set up that appt. I have called this office on numerous occasions trying to get a Rx filled and I keep getting told that they are working on it. Whenever I ask to speak to Dr. Pinkston or the office manger, they are not available and they will take down a message. All the messages that I have left have gone unanswered. I finally had to go to Dr. Pinkston's website and get her email address to ask her a question about my Rx. I emailed her about two weeks ago and I have yet to hear a reply from her. For anybody wanting to go this Dr. DON'T!!!

Dr.Pinkston is a great doctor and she always gives you her undivided attention. However her staff is very unfriendly and they seem like they are unhappy to help other people. Dr.Pinkston should hire new staff members!!
