his receptionist has a big B stamped right across her forehead.his nurse is nice when you are in the exam room,but if you need to communicate with Kerry through her she is just ok.Kerry is very knowledgeable,but should be more open to his faithful patients as far as communication when not in for an office visit and i don.t mean abuse him.I think he cares but he needs toraise the bar in outreach to his patients and his nurse be more accessible,and I would flat out fir the receptionist.

Dr. Ross is amazing with my kids! They love him and his nurses as much as I do. I never have to wait too long and he always has time for my concerns and questions.

I have never had a doctor spend so much time trying to make sure he adequately diagnosed me. Most doctors seem to have just a few minutes to spend with you and slap a diagnosis on you and a prescription and they are done, but that is not the cas with Dr Ross. He really took his time with me and it was greatly appreciated.
