This guy is wonderful. Honestly, he spends like 20 minutes with you and actually TALKS to you. he seems to care. he is friendly, helpful, smart, and genuinely seems to like his patients. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.

I've been going to Dr. Smith for about 9 years. He is always nice and staff is about the same. Recent visits have not been that positive and it appears that he is more out for the $ and not care for the patient. Example, was there for a bad foot and asked if he would also take a look/freeze a spot on my face. His response, you'll need to make another appointment for that?!Huh? He also hit me up for a donation towards a church camp he is on the board for and helping to build in the mountains. Needless to say, I'm going to find another doctor for my regular care.. but.. being he is an urgent care, I will continue to use him for those type of events.

Very personal and friendly. Staff is nice and office is very clean and modern. Can walk in or make an appointment. Has everything on site like x-ray which is nice. Has experience and knows when to refer out to specialist. Overall good experience.

Staff is extremely rude. They do NOT return the calls, they do NOT leave a message for a doctor. I was told that doctor is not paid for making phone calls, even though I followed up on my previous lab tests. I had one appointment with him and changed the doctor.

The follow up appt. was terrible b/c the doctor was unable to determine what was the problem, even after further test, and my insurance did not cover. His years in practice does not show. He was unable to effectively treat the patient. Had to find a new doctor due to the lack of trust. Office staff were rude and unhelpful. It is in a Beach city so that could explain their lazy attitude. Never r/c'd a viable diagonsis.
