Exam went well. Had to ORDER sample contacts. I was told they would be in"in a day or two" R I finally got them a week later. They were handed to me over the reception desk. No instructions or practice. I could not see with them. It took 3 days to get a call returned. A week later I finally got more samples. Again, handed over the counter. Not even marked left and right. I told the office manager (who had given the entire office staff the afternoon off) that I had not even received a starter kit. He made some calls and finally returned with a lens CASE and told me he had put some solution in it! Gee thanks! Put them in, still could not see. After I took them out realized the they expired, one over a year ago! I looked on the first ones they gave me and one of those had also expired. When I picked up that second set, I asked that office manager why they did not keep samples in the office. He told us that it just wasn't FEASIBLE to keep and inventory! What? Big fancy office but not feasible to keep sample contacts. This was the most bazaar thing I have ever experienced.

Highly Recommended. Great Results. Worth the money I had Lasik and he was not the cheapest but the results are great.
