Dr. Goodman man is more focused on making money than helping his patients. The first conversation I had with Dr. Goodman and his staff was that if we were not covered by our insurances that we would not processed because we could not afford the expenses out of pocket. I was lied to about insurance coverage by his staff (Rachel) among others on multiple occasions. I was told that I was covered to later find out that my insurance did not cover fertility. They also refused to take our secondary gap insurance that would have covered some of the charges. After confronting them about the situation they advised they would change the patient code in order for my insurance to cover it, I was confused but they seemed like they wanted to help us. Several month later we started to receive bills ranging from $500 to $1500. I have contacted the manager of the clinic (Rachel) on multiple occasion to resolve the issue. She is a liar and unethical, telling us that we were told that we would have to go out of pocket from the beginning and that they had told us that our insurance didn't cover fertility from the beginning. They are completely unprofessional, unethical, unhelpful and liars.

Dr. Goodman was extremely informative during my consult with him and was even very personable. He is extremely pleasant to speak with and you get the feeling that he does value you as a patient and take your issues seriously.

Dr. Goodman is wonderful. Unfortunately, his staff is not. They do not care about you. I have called 4 days in a row waiting for them to fill a prescription for synthroid which I am critically low on. It is unacceptable and I will not be seeing the doctor in the future because of the staff

I have seen Dr. Goodman on an annual basis for hypothroidism for the last 5 years. Unfortunately, he seems more preoccupied with generating money for his practice in treating his fertility patients than in treating his regular endocrinology patients. This is a trend that I have noticed with him over the last couple of visits. I walked out of his office this month for a scheduled appointment that I waited over two months to obtain, after waiting over 1 1/2 hours in his waiting room. There was no apology or explanation given by him or any of his staff for why all of his fertility patients were being seen while I waited over 1 1/2 hours in his lobby. I finally gave up and left. His staff is rude and unhelpful when it comes to refilling prescriptions, and will not respond to my pharmacy's calls or emails. I have no intention of returning to see Dr. Goodman again.

This is an incredible doctor. Very observant, courteous and he truly cares. It's very rare to find someone who is professional and knows what he's talking about. Dr. Goodman really took care of me when I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. I only wish he was under my insurance carrier so I would continue to see him on a yearly basis. All high five's for this doctor. He is so awesome...

He is warm, caring and just a fantastic doctor. He doesn't treat you like you're in a factory. When you walk in, the staff is friendly, and your wait time is minimum. During your first appointment, he sits with you and actually talks to you for about 30 an hour to 45 minutes. I recommend him for those with issues like hypothyroidism or PCOS, and want to get preganant.
