Our famil y know him more than29 Years. He is the Best Doctor (ever) . He only thing about the patient not about the money.. We are luck to have him.This guy has patients for life.

My family has been with him since we moved here. He’s a great physician and really concerned about his patients. Unfortunately, I had to leave though, due to the accessibility, he’s all the way in Scarborough and I’m in Hamilton. We moved here a while back and never thought of changing as he is an amazing doctor.

I've been seeing doctor Kwong for over 15 years and he really does takes the time to listen to your concerns and is very compassionate. Another thing I like about him, is that he does not always push medication or pills at you. To me this indicates that he's not 'in it for the money' and genuinely cares about his patients. Dr Kwong was also able to diagnose me when other doctors couldn't. This early detection helped me and my brother. Even though his wait time is very long, I will continue to see him and plan to bring my new family to see him as well.

I have been seeing Dr. Kwong for years the majority of my family goes to him as well. He is the best. He cares about his patients and he also offers great advice!! He is down to earth funny and knows what he is doing. I would hate to see the day he retires and i have to see a different doctor. He isn't accepting any new patients at the time but that's probably because he is really swamped.

I have been with Charles Kwong beginning of 1992 ,he is a great doctor! He takes the time to listen to your concerns and gives you a lot of information. I appreciate that he does not seem like he is in a hurry when he is with you. The only negative thing I would say is you generally have to wait a while to see him, sometimes up to 40 mins.

He is extremely patient, knowledgeable, thorough and a great diagnostician. He always takes the time to explain things. Although you can expect at least 30 mins wait time at each appointment, his receptionists have always been amazing at accommodating me and actually getting me an appointment. It has improved a lot in recent times. Anyway long wait times go hand in hand with universal healthcare. He is one of the few doctors that I have come across who seem to truly care about patients and not the amount of money he can make from them. He doesn't order tests or prescribe medications unless you really need them. He is a complete professional with a bedside manner that is incomparable. He is so genuinely kind and compassionate. I truly dread the day he retires.

i dont think we will ever come across a better doctor than him in our time and this is no exaggeration..dr kwong has the most amazing bedside manner I have ever come across. my family loves him and I have great respect for him. the way he attends to his patients and treats them is beyond me. yes he takes his time and this is where it becomes problematic in the waitroom leading to long wait times but I guess if you want an amazing doctor like him, you struggle with the long wait and reap the benefits ..AMAZING HUMAN BEING.. his staff are ever changing.. oh and doctor kwong if you are reading this, PLEASE renovate your washroom.

I am genuinely convinced there is no better doctor. Dr Kwong does thorough and complete check ups each visit, asking if problems from the previous visits have cleared up. Since I was a baby he has been my family doctor. Very knowledgeable. Only thing is the wait time. Often spend over an hour waiting even when only one or two others are in the office. Worth it though.
