Gives full attention. Not focused billing like most doctors but rather on health. Listens to the patient. Has helped me with a few issues where my other doctors failed miserably.

Le Dr Breger a été mon médecin durant plusieurs années. Lorsqu'il a cessé de pratiquer boulevard St-Joseph à Montréal et ensuite à Westmount, j'ai migré vers une autre clinique privée, Mais après plusieurs déboires et déceptions vécus dans une clinique privée de la Rive-Sud de Mtl, j'ai décidé de retourner consulter le Dr Breger dans sa nouvelle clinique des Laurentides, même si cela représente plusieurs heures de route pour moi. Car, c'est le meilleur médecin de famille que j'ai eu jusqu'à maintenant. Sa formation est diversifiée, bien au-delà de la médecine conventionnelle. En plus d'être sympathique et attentif au patient, il possède un excellent jugement, saisit très vite le contexte du patient et prescrit des examens et des traitements adéquats. Il prend le temps d'écouter et de bien conseiller le patient, ce qui fait qu'il peut parfois y avoir un peu d'attente. Mais, ça ne me dérange pas, car pour moi, c'est une preuve de respect envers ses patients. Comme a déjà dit quelqu'un d'autre, il devrait y avoir beaucoup plus de médecins comme le Dr Breger.

Being also a health professional, a dentist, I feel relieved to finally find a medical doctor who is personable, a great listener and empathetic to my concerns as a patient.
Dr. Breger has immense knowledge and actually spent the time to listen and acknowledge my medical issues. Other medical doctors simply prescribe to treat the
medical symptoms. Dr. Breger attempts to seek out the root causes of my medical needs.
It is a great feeling to know that I have someone to rely on in times of bad health.
Quebec needs more doctors like Dr. Breger

We use to see Dr Breger when he practiced in St-Sauveur, sometimes he was a nice guy and sometimes very rude. Eventually he left all his patients behind unless they could afford his costly fees. I would not recommend this doctor

This doctor helped me get back on track with my life! Yes my life! While other doctors did not find the problem he did right away and am feeling a whole lot better. He explains in detail, is never in a rush and super awesome to speak to.

The only Quebec doctor I could find to continue the successful HRT therapy already established and extensively monitored for several years in Western Canada. Here GPs and urologists alike insisted that this treatment MUST be approved and followed by and endocrinologist (good luck with that!), whereas my urologist out West considered any GP should be willing and able to administer HRT. Glad to learn he was awarded a 75% reduction of his three year suspension on appeal. Keep up the good work Barry!

After seeing many endocrinologists with no improvements I saw Dr. Breger. He diagnosed me as hypopituitary and was able to prove it. Something no other physician was able to do. All my hormones were at the bottom of range so he put me on HRT after explaining everything in detail. He told me it would likely make a huge difference and it did indeed. I had so much fibromyalgia I could barely get out of bed in the morning. Now I'm like I was when I was a teenager. No more pain and my brain is clear and all anxiety is history. Dr. Breger literally saved my life.
