Dr was upset that I questioned his diagnosis. I just came back when symptoms got worse.

By coincidence, my husband and I not only dined at the same exact restaurant as Bob and Sara. They appeared horrified that we were seated at a table directly next to them. Instead of acknowledging us, they immediately requested a table away from us. Snobbish. I changed MDs.

He is moody. He used to be very nice. I think his blood sugar is making him act the way he does. Shame too.

I had to find a new MD. The last few visits were not thorough .My insurance pays for a twenty minute consultation but I barely got seven minutes. Also the good doctor was not focused and appeared to be someplace else. A bid moody as well.

My mother was a patient of Dr Kyrcz for many years. The secretary accused my mother of being senile and would not continue the phone conversation or even set up her appointment. Not a good medical office for people over 70.

I have been a patient for more than 30 years. I am deeply disappointed to have changed physicians as I like Dr Kyrcz very much and he has always been a great Doctor. The straw that broke the camels back is the secretarial staff as they act as a firewall between patients and Doctors. I showed up for a scheduled physical in the fall of 2019 and was turned away and told I had no appointment on record. I had the appointment card that Maria wrote out for me, but I was told Maria was unavailable and sternly told that I had no appointment that day. I left very disappointed because I had a concern to share with my doctor. Then days later, they sent me a letter about my "No Show" even though I was turned away. I spoke to a very condescending secretary...... I received a letter from the Farming ton office dismissing me as a a patient. I never went to Farmington, so I am certain this was a clerical error but I was not able to rectify it . I ignored the dismissal letter and attempted to make a appointment with my Doctor and each time, I was placed on hold and then hung up on, dial tone. I do not think Maria is even there any longer, I spoke to some secretaries who were very uncaring and acted as though I was a nuisance to them . I had an urgent concern, so I went to a clinic and eventually found a new doctor...... This gets worse because my Dad, age 87 and thirty plus years as a patient , was at Hospice and he called the office as he wanted to talk to his Doctor and the secretary did not believe he was at Hospice and she told him it was the best story she ever heard and hung up. My Dad passed away in November 2019 . I truly doubt the Physicians really know how rude and condescending their secretary staff can be. I do not think my doctor even realizes that I switched to another doctor , but as I see it, I had no real choice .

Dr Kyrcz was my doctor for over 29 years! He was a good doctor and usually very kind! However after my last visit ( I have ailments) he accused me of lying to him about prescription refills! It was the mistake of the pharmacy and they called him to tell him! After knowing the truth he still took it upon himself to dismiss me from the practice by having his secretary call me! I feel so betrayed and hurt by this man! I was always honest with him! After that many years you would think he would show me a little respect and at least speak to me ! I would NEVER recommend him again to anyone!

Dr. Kyrcz was our physician for 13 years while we were living in Guilford. He is an exceptionally caring practitioner in an era when most are running their practices like a cold business. We really miss having him as our doctor and highly recommend him.
