Dr. Krista didn't seem interested in engaging in a conversation. I ended up not asking her an important question about the eye condition I have been suffering from. The staff at the front seem to be very tense all the time.

’m seeing her for a procedure today. My appt was scheduled for 12:15 and it is now 1:45 and I still haven’t been seen. I also did not receive any procedural prep instructions. Had I known the DR was an hour behind I wouldn’t have asked someone to drive me here and wait. Just terrible customer care.

Staff is great. Dr. Scott is matter of fact, thorough. As a surgeon I trusted her, no disappointment!

Been here a few times always full of people wait to see the doctor.
It that women his helper who put drops in your eyes.
She was very forceful when grabbing my eyelid open.
It was rough abrupt and very unprofessional.
I mention this to Dr. Scott, he said I will talk to her about this.
I said you just lost a patient I will not return here ever.
Dr. Scott is great but the staff “ SUCKs “
Over booked beyond belief like all doctors.

A 40 minute wait followed by a 5-minute consultation. Little information given; patient (me) would appreciate comparative diagnosis: how has eye nerve changed since last visual field test? Just to say it is "not good" is not good enough, in my opinion.

The most terrible, unprofessional secretary that I have ever seen in my life! I could never see a specialist in this office because despite my doctor's referral no one ever called to provide me with an appointment. It has been MONTHS that I have been trying to call their office to follow up and NO ONE picks up the phone during their supposedly business hours of 9am-4pm. It just goes directly to an answering machine and despite my numerous phone messages, no one has ever called me yet. The doctors in this office should pay attention to the secretary that they hire or this is what happens to their rating.

The staff are good at this office but the Dr herself is terrible. We were told to come in for appointment after a test was done. I arrange childcare for the day and drove for over an hour waited for another hour just to hear the doctor say that she wasn’t happy with the results and we need to repeat the test at the hospital. She didn’t explain why even she wasn’t happy. When I ask more questions she just cut me off and said just go to the front and arrange your appointment and went back to her laptop. She is pretty rude and quite careless.
