If I could rate my experience with Enhance medical center and Dr Lee as a NEGATIVE 5 stars I would.
I’m going to give you my long one year process of healing from a botched Rib rhinoplasty in a shorter version.
Saw Dr Lee on Instagram, had a virtual consultation with him, decided on what my expectations were, I was charge $24,000 and I flew from Chicago to Los Angeles. When I arrived, they canceled my surgery and told me Dr Lee was sick, which is totally understandable. I had to extend my stay in Los Angeles for a few extra days. After the rhinoplasty, I had my cast on for a week and I went back for them to take it off. The nurse who took my cast off told me right away that my bridge was crooked and to tape it pulling to the side so it wouldn’t heal crooked. Dr Lee saw me after that and told me there was nothing we can do until at least one month after the procedure then he ran out of the room. I came back to Chicago and realize that I for sure have been botched. I reached out and Dr Lee told me he can try to fix it by pushing it over while I’m awake and it should be easy.( whatever that means) It looked terrible & I was desperate, So I went BACK to LA a month later to “straighten my nose bridge”. When I arrived he examined my nose and told me they would have to do another surgery and I would have to be put back to sleep. He seemed pretty confident that it was fixable.
After that surgery I had a cast one for a few days & I returned back home.

1 year later after telling myself over and over that my nose needs time to heal. It still is crooked. It has been so hard to get through everyday activities knowing I look like a freak.

& JUST WHEN I THOUGHT IT COULDNT GET WORSE !!!!
A few days ago I had severe pain & saw a doctor who specializes in Noses. He told me that the inside of my nose is completely torn up and I will continue to have breathing problems and pain until I have reconstructive surgery. He said this probably happened the second time around when Dr Lee attempted to “fix” my crooked nose bridge.
I reached out to Angela and Dr Lee about my concerns and they simply sent me the forms I signed saying DrLee basically cannot be held accountable for the outcome of the surgery.

Also something shady they did was have me sign a consent form to share results of the surgery on Dr Lee social media as soon as I woke up from anesthesia. It said $500 off so I asked the nurse who asked me to sign & she said they will give it back to me. I ended up contacting them about it and they told me they never made me sign anything. Maybe they were hoping I would not remember since the anesthesia was not worn off.
So if you are considering getting any thing done with Dr Lee’s, please, I beg you to reconsider. I trusted Dr Lee twice & was disappointed twice. I wish I never had because now I have internal issues that is going to cost more than 40k to make better.
I understand surgeries are not going to be flawless and perfect but at the very least should be even and not completely off centered.

Worst. He does not care. Recommended procedure I did not need. My eyes are ruined because I wanted minor eye lift to fix aging skin. He recommended brow lift and said he wouldnt do the other without it. I paid over 10k. My eyes are ruined as well as an unusual looking high brow. Other doctors I went to said they wouldn't of recommended brow lift at my age with that combo. He also was not present for staple removal but the receptionist removed my staples. 3 days later I pulled a staple out of my head and I started bleeding. I returned the next day to find again Dr. Charkes Lee not there for my appointment! The same receptionist apologized and removed the other 3 that was left in my head!

He is a hit and miss. I know he is known for Asian blepharplasty and ptosis repair but I would NOT him...I would recommend an opthamologist/surgeon for any ptosis issues. He botched my surgery and took my money. He doesn't even see you in the exam room but in his chair in his office. He does not "physically" examine you but will look at you from a distance. His staff are very nice at the begining but then they are so different once your money is taken, as an ex employee said that his personally trains his employees. His prices are very high and not worth it. If I could go back in time, I would of not chosen him.

Lousy doctor, please don't bother getting anything done by him. There are many other doctors in Los Angeles who are more experienced and skilful than Dr. Charles Lee. Please do your homework and consult with a few doctors prior to making a decision on surgery.

Dr Lee was very nice and professional. His staff was the same. They kept in touch with me via text and whenever I needed them, they were just a phone call away. I would recommend Dr Lee to anyone who wants to look and feel beautiful ...

I had double eyelid surgery with Dr Lee. So far I am pleased with results but its only been a week and it's still too soon to tell. His bedside manner could improve, he doesn't stay long with you and gives off a feeling like he just wants to gtfo of there. But when it comes to cosmetic surgery I really don't care about stuff like that, I only care about the RESULTS. And it seems he is pretty skillful so who cares about his manners. All in all I'm satisfied as one of his patients. Also one of the nurses or receptionist was a japanese woman and she is such a sweetheart. She really comes off caring and genuine.

Dr. Lee is focused and skillful. I'm so happy with my new eyes. It's so easy and fast to get ready, I can wear lightweight lashes, so my eyes don't get tired, and I feel confident with makeup off. My confidence has sky rocketed! I feel completely comfortable in my own skin and my life has become outstanding. I made a video and posted it to youtube. (It had to be split into two, as it was too long to upload from my phone.)
