Staff is great, Dr. Bonnici care's more about what she is going to get paid than the patient.

Dr. Bonnici is a very well trained Dr. She is caring and listens to the complaints. As far as the wait, in all fairness, every doctor I've been to in the past 5 years has as long a wait. She provides good care is attentive. The whole computer issue, true she carries this around, nice to have a doctor using the technology available. I never felt like a second class patient because of the laptop. At least the information is correct and put in right then and there, less chance for errors later. I would recommend her.

Dr. Bonnici is very intelligent, but quite reserved. She's so busy taking notes on her computer that it makes me uncomfortable with the "click-clicking" and lack of eye contact. The waiting time in the waiting room can be lenghty, then there's more waiting in the exam room. The visit's quick so you better be prepared. I quit going to her for a number of reasons and I would NOT recommend her.

As a patient of Dr. Bonnici's for several years now, I must say I find her quite knowledgeable. She has been effective at diagnosing the problem and treating it. She is a good listener and interested in the well-being of her patients. Her staff is cordial and efficient.

NEVER returns calls in a timely manner..I am on day 4 and still no call.. Forget about bloodtests, could be 2 weeks for results same with MRI..walks around with dirty computer in hands. Too busy typing to answer questions and DON'T bother to ask more thamn one..will have to come back. Office staff is HORRIBLE...really snotty......

Not impressed, she has a nonchalant attitude and does not seem to really be too concerned with the problem/s the patient is trying to convey. There are much better Dr.'s out there. I would not recommend Dr. Bonnici unless you don't care that your Dr. doesn't care.

I always have to wait at least 20 minutes until I am actually called to see her. Once you get called back the nurse will see you then you wait some more. She seems to be quite indifferent and I was never to impressed with her. I feel her office staff is less then friendly and her customer service is poor. I can not recommend her.
