Dr. Scanlan was very friendly and knowledgeable …He explained everything and took his time and was not in a rush. He made you feel at ease. His staff were all helpful and friendly and also made you feel at ease!

Dr. Scanlan may be knowledgeable but he does not earn any respect by treating staff and nurses at hospital like slaves. He intimidates the nurses and even pressures his own staff and assistants working at the outpatient clinic. He is pushy and wants things done yesterday. This is how mistakes happen. He is money hungry and rude. Do you want procedures on your eyes done correctly or quickly??????!!!!!

Get off your high horse! You treat the nurses at GBGH like minions and pout when you don't get your own way or something does not go right. You are arrogant and need to show respect for others. Try treating others with respect and stop bullying!

The best. He really cares. Very good at explaining. The staff are always friendly. I have to go very 2 months for a needle in the eye.
