While Dr. Bommasani is a very kind doctor, my overall experience was so horrible that I will never go back! I scheduled an appointment 3 times, and only got to see her once. The other 2 doctors seemed very inexperienced and unhelpful. Each time I was given antibiotics, while I only felt it was necessary one of the times. For example, I went in with a rash on my leg, and was prescribed amoxocilin, which I later found out I DID NOT need. They're antibiotic-crazy! Also, the nurse and the secretary were fighting...yelling at each other while I was there. Actually, they were fighting about me. Very unprofessional. The nurses were very rude. Overall I had 3 very unpleasant experiences and I am not going back. Also, the only reason the waiting room is so busy is because she is one of the few doctors in the area who take medicaid-NOT because her office is good. She is a nice doctor. Unfortunately, everyone and everything about her practice is not.

My experience with Dr Bommasani was very satisfying. She is a caring doctor with excellent bed side manners. I will recommend her to anyone.

The receptionist was very unprofessional - boarder line impolite. My scheduled appointment was for my toddler son. The nurse was very kind to him and helped to put him at ease. However, I did not like the way Dr. Bommasani talked to him or answered my questions about him. They also charge my insurance over two hundred dollars for a diagnosis procedure that was not done.

Dr. Bommasani is a wonderful doctor. She is very helpful. She cares about her patients. Recently, my husband started visiting her as well. Because Dr. B uses student nurses, the front desk service can vary. Sometimes, the service is good and sometimes it is not. I'd prefer that she employed permanent people. However, she might be trying to keep costs down or helping future nurses learn. I'm not sure which is the deal. She does have a permanent nurse, Maria. Maria is great. The wait to see Dr. B can be lengthy also depending upon the time of year. Dr. B is a family doctor. When it is time for school to start, her waiting room can get crowded with kids needing shots. I try to avoid those times. Currently, I'm a patient and intend to continue to be.

Waiting room small, double booking appointments, doctor was nice, didn't do an exam as a new patient regarding my main medical issue. Asked me to send her information to write a prescription, but a week later and I never heard from the staff or her.

Dr. Bommasani is an excellent Doctor and provides such a good and compassionate care to patients. She is never in a hurry and takes her time to educate the patient. I would recommend her to all my friends. Excellent find and I was seen on the same day eventhough there was no opening. She accommodated me in her schedule.
