I don't believe any good doctor can get 5 stars for being punctual. Not if he is doing his job properly. I have been going to Dr. Roberts for many many years and and I have found he is very helpful and always explains what is wrong with you so you have a clear understanding of the situation. He often draws a diagram to help you understand. Well done Dr. Roberts!

I've been seeing Dr. Roberts for many years.. he is very knowledgeable, thorough and tends to be less inclined to prescribe drugs unless he feels it is really necessary - which is something I prefer. I have always found his receptionist to be very friendly and efficient too.

Ian Roberts has been our family doctor for over 20 years & during that time has provided us with excellent medical care & compassion.He is a polite & knowledgible doctor who will put patients at ease with his calm manner & caring attitude.He is able to assist with specialist appointments when necessary & his follow up advice is always correct & forth coming.

He is totally average and doesn't give good advice. He rushes patients. Not happy with his service.

Dr Ian Roberts takes his time in finding out the best solution for the situation and does not make you feel rushed. Very understanding and emphathises with the patient that encourages the perspective of good faith in his work.

Ian is very quiet, listens to you, always gives you enough time to talk. Very helpful and polite. Bulk bills for everyone
