Why was i required to arrive at 7am for my 9am procedure and then the doctors shows up at 10. Not impressed.

I came into er and could not breathe. Nobody could find out what was wrong with me . Dr haddad was called and found that I had fluid around my heart. He drained it and saved my life. I'm eternally great full

The first time I saw Dr Haddad was for pre-surgery heart analysis. I really liked him, so made another appointment when I was having heart palpitations and was referred by an urgent care physician. I had some tests done prior to this visit, Dr. Haddad sat down with me, went over the test, said to come back in 90 days; he did not listen to my heart nor did I feel comfortable enough to ask questions. Very disappointed and I still have heart palpitations.
