Dr Thibeault and his staff go over and above on every appointment. He called me at home TWICE after my gum graft to ensure that I was ok. He and his staff are caring, nurturing and have vast knowledge of what they are doing. I have never encountered a specialist who cares so much about each and every client. I receive the same personalized treatment and he saved a tooth after a bad root canal by another dentist. Absolutely wonderful office and staff. The best dental/medical treatment I have had in Australia, Canada, or the USA in my 60+ years by an order of magnitude. Absolutely outstanding in every way.

Dr. Thibeault is in a league by himself. Intelligent, pragmatic and honest, this is the first specialist that has ever called my home after an operation to see how I’m doing. At first, I thought this was unusual, but it was later confirmed that he does this every day. The support staff are well coordinated and use the latest software to provide an over-the-top level of service. Bravo!!

Very informative, takes the time to listen. Staff is the best! Patient and very caring man, cannot say enough about him. I had a tooth removed and that night he called me at home to see how I was doing, and called the following night to make sure I was o.k. I was very nervous about having tooth removed, and implant put in. He and his nurse put me at ease, and I didn't feel a thing. He is the Best in Sudbury! Wish there were more like him. I have one more implant to go...Thank You Dr. Thibeault.
