My concern with Dr. Reynolds was she would not honor her quote for services. I called the office on a Friday to find out how much my procedure would be on Monday morning. I was told it would be $245.00. Come Monday Morning they did the procedure and then told me it would be $745.00. When questioned about the $500. Difference I was told they found they were not competitive enough with other dentist in the area. I would not pay the new amount and the dentist backed down when I started to call my lawyer. Dr. Reynolds also berated me because I would not spend $23,000. On my mouth. She told me I really didn't care about myself and then asked if I owned a house. She told me I could take out a 2nd mortgage to pay for the work. I took my records to another dentist and never looked back.

Extremely great service, the right recommendations, and an overall very professional experience. I have had cleanings, a bite appliance, and a chipped tooth fixed at Creative Dental Solutions (by Dr. Reynolds) and my experience has always been fantastic.

Glenda Reynolds is very nice and takes a lot of time to make sure you understand your situation. One problem I had with her was she did not take insurance and wanted cash. She is willing to submit forms to insurance but wants cash up front. When I was unable to do that she informed me that, "People do not take their medical health seriously and that if they can afford smoking and going out to eat... blah blah blah.. that can afford their dental work." I don't drink or smoke and was offended that she was accusing me of not "spending" my hardworked for dollar the right way. I also left her practice with hopes of finding someone a bot more compassionate.

she's the worst dentist! she had to redo several things over again because she couldn't get it right the first time. Can't count how many times the office messed-up my appointments. totally unorganized and incompetant. I took my and my kids records and left!
