We've seen Doctor Macie several times. She is one unique physician, and we love her. I do understand why some don't like her gruffness, but when you are in need of real help, she is there. She is direct, informed and thorough but she doesn't deal well with fools. She's not into hand holding or lying. She's the best to get to the heart of the problem and offers what solutions are possible. thank you, Dr. Macie!!!!

Dr. Macie is a wonderful doctor, I was feeling absolutely horrible when I was referred to her. Thank goodness I got to see her, not only did she go over everything with me and explain everything she also found that was not correctly diagnosed. She changed up my puffers and some medication and I was soon feeling much better. Very knowledgeable, very patient, also follows infection prevention protocol.

Dr. Macie was very kind, very helpful for my condition. I was quite concerned that, in the peak of the pandemic, she did not wear a face mask once we got back to her office on multiple visits (even though this was contrary to public health regulations at the time). I kept my distance but I was still concerned about my exposure, particularly since people go to her exclusively for lung issues. It made me question her judgement in other areas as well.

Was under the care of this Dr. Macie , for approximately 7 years . The best thing that has happened to our beautiful city of Cambridge , she no longer has the strangle hold on people here that have respiratory issues , this is all I will say to this Dr. Macie , as we have some very knowledgeable people in this field now .

Dr. Macie has been my Respirologist since 2006. She is extremely knowledgeable and current in her field. She takes the time to listen carefully, asks questions and respectfully offers treatment options. I am grateful for her compassion, understanding and willingness to go the extra mile. I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and Dr. Macie offered to manage my treatment locally as opposed to me driving to London every month. She is a true patient advocate.
Lana, her Assistant, is efficient, organized and sympathetic to my ongoing health issues.
