I have had to see Dr. Bussey several times and I always get in fast and never have a long wait when I get there. I find the staff helpful and he always takes his time with me and answers all my questions. He has taken my concerns seriously and has always helped me get things resolved. I would definitely recommend him!

Every time I've gone over the last year and a half he spends less than 5 minutes in the room with me. I feel like if he doesn't have the answer then he makes one up. He likes to write scripts to mask symptoms and not get to the bottom of whats going on. I have been having the same problem with abdominal pain for almost a year. They had my gallbladder taken out over 8 months ago. Still in the exact same pain. Every time I go see him he tries to say its nothing or it will go away. When I come back because it hasn't changed, he then tries to send me to a referral surgeon, whom, when I got to the appointment said that he doesn't understand why he would send me to him. He said that it's most likely unrelated to the surgery. So now I am moving onto more doctors with no answers~! Very discouraging. He is a nice person, but not helpful.

Dr. Bussey is a great doctor, but his staff is awful. Rude, snippy, and not helpful at all. A woman with her own office saying "area manager" on the door couldn't even pronounce the names of tests my husband had done, let alone explain the results. I felt bad for my husband for having to see this doc. My family doctor isn't taking new patients, but when he has an opening, my hubby is switching. Who knows what sort of mistakes this doctor's nurses could make with my husband's case? Not willing to take the chance here.

Dr. Bussey is a wonderful physician. My entire family sees him & he is extremely knowledgable. He noticed a small issue with a routine test done on one of my family members and recommended another test just to be safe. The follow-up test revealed a SERIOUS, life-threatening health problem that my family and I firmly believe would NOT have been discovered if it were not for Dr. Bussey's vigilance. After this, we do not see any other physician. He's the BEST!!!!

My family and I can not say enough about the fabulous care that we received from Dr. Bussey while living in Iowa. He is a great listener and answers all patient questions with lots of understandable detail. He often impressed me with his indepth knowledge of recent medical findings. He would send me home with freshly printed internet pages. Easy to get in to - often my kids and I could be seen within a hour or two. Also amazing facilities with x-rays on site. Pleasant nurses and reception staff to boot. A+++
