This is not about dr wong but about his clinic..I have been a customer of one health care for 7 years till 2008 i used to live around. Today i called can I get a prescrption for Chantix...." recption told me dr parker you have to come IN"....last time I got chantix from one health care they wasted a 2 hours and ask and check nothing... They dont care/rude just need there $$$ bottom line..

dR. hONG IS ONE OF THE BEST DOCTOR I KNOW HE IS KIND COMPASSIONATE AND VERY CARING. dR. hONG LISTEN TO YOUR COMPLAINT AND CONCERNS HE GIVES YOU THE BEST MEDICAL ADVICE TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE HEATHLY AND WELL. I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR. HONG FOR MANY YEARS MY WIFE AND GROWN CHILDREN. The absolute worst doctor and office EVER. Have visited four times (all with appointments scheduled) and waited to be seen anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours. Dr. Hong does not listen to my requests or concerns - he's dismissive.

Hours are great for anyone who works. I have yet to see the other doctors at Healthone, but Dr. Hong knows what he's talking about.

Doctor does not do a thorough exam. Seems people are rushed through this mill.

Long wait even with appointment (45 min to 1hr 15 min). Doctor allways tried to rush me out of his office. Seem to spend more time with Korean speaking patient. The staffs were not very helpful.

Dr. Hong is in medicine because he likes helping people. It shows. I switched to him and he changed my medications from outmoded (Old Dr.s Rx to current) and its been effective. He make you feel very comfortable and will not rush you. He is very through.

Dr. Hong has been my primary care physician for the last couple of years and he has been able to help me in ways that all previous Dr's have not. He is thorough, has great bedside manners, and has a very good education, and mind to go with it.

This man is hands down the BEST Dr I have ever had. He takes his time and LISTENS to you,never makes you feel foolish or unimportant to him. Always prompt and thorough. He seems very informed of new and useful medical info and will investigate your concerns until both you and he are satisfied that your medical needs are met.
