Dr. Novi botched my surgery, and plastic surgery is the ONLY way to fix it which I’m not going to subject myself to plastic surgery or the expense. I should’ve filed a malpractice lawsuit against him but I was so distraught at how he disfigured me I let too much time pass.

Dr. Novi is the most caring and compassionate physician I have ever met. He took his time and explained my options and made me feel comfortable. I have struggled for years and he is a miracle worker!!!

Dr Novi is the best doctor I have ever had for anything. It was very refreshing to find a doctor who was really good and actually cared about his patients, not only before but after the surgery. I had a couple of surgeries at the same time and Dr Novi was a life saver for me. He also has a great staff. I have always thought that the way a doctor's staff treats the patients is a good indication about the doctor. I feel very lucky to have been able to have Dr Novi for my doctor, he is one in a million!

I was very impressed by the amount of time Dr. Novi's spent on his personal one on one attention. He was able to take care of my specific needs in a very genuine caring manner.
