Great doctor put me at ease with his explanation of my diagnosis.

He doesn’t even deserve ONE star. He does not show a little care and affection to the sick. He is very rude and unprofessional. Only looking to force you do what makes them more money. When I asked him questions, he shrug me off, he was rude to the nurse as well in the hospital. He also feels he is above all the specialist, thinks he knows it all, he look and talk down on other staff. He doesn’t listen, assumes you are stupid, he does not like you to ask him questions regarding your condition. Unprofessional, inhospitable and incompetent. How is he still a doctor? Do not ever go to his clinic when he want to follow up. Get another specialist.
Please find another doctor. These kind of doctors getting paid by our hard earned taxpayers money for nothing.

I accompanied my mother on a follow-up appointment with Dr. Ho Ping Kong. Behind the friendly smile he subtly manipulates her complaint of "I can't walk" to "if you won't walk...", as if she is not trying to get better. He repeatedly states you are doing fine, your heart is fine though she doesn't feel fine and is actually getting worse. He also referred to her with a nickname he made up for her & her condition, unprofessional. He is very intelligent and knows it, he probably doesn't even realize that his bedside manner is way off.

Dr. Ho Ping Kong is a very no-nonsense, pragmatic cardiologist who impresses me with his directness and grasping of my issues. Very professional. Always takes the time to answer my questions and always consults with my electrophysiologist at every appointment (I have an ICD implanted). I appreciate the fact that these SHN doctors work as a team at the hospital, the arrhythmia clinic and in their private practice. I feel very confident in his care.

My family and I are very thankful to God for allowing us to be in Dr. W. Ho Ping Kong's path. He has been very helpful to me since my heart attact in 2012 and later during the cardiac arrest I experienced in 2016. He was instrumental during the decision process we experienced in getting my ICD and later my TAVI in September, 2016 at the best health facility in the world. I would recommend Dr. W. Ho Ping Kong to anyone.

Been going to this doctor for my heart condition for quite some time. I think he means well but absolutely horrible when it comes to getting your questions answered. You can tell him, is the sky blue? And he will look to dodge the question or basically change the subject. He would make excellent politician in my opinion. I've done numerous tests with him (ecg's, echo, 48 hr heart monitor) never once have I received any sort of documentation regarding these tests. I am telling you it can be very fustrating because its important and obviously important knowing your condition to the MAX.

I visited his office today with my dad, who is 91, I was pleased with his thorough explanations and knowledge. He was very pleasant and easy to converse with answering our questions of concern.

I am very happy with Dr. Ho Ping Kong's treatment with my mother, who has seen him three times, including a test at Grace Hospital. Dr. Ho Ping Kong gave concise diagnostic results and answered all of my mother's questions, plus a couple of questions from me. I am impressed by his knowledgable, his smiles, positive and encouraging words to my mother.
