They wanted to charge $2 for a mask. If you are insisting on masks - when there is no longer a public health order requiring masks and you seem to be so concerned about safety and are a medical office with an abundance of masks you should definitely not be CHARGING $2 for a mask. How embarrassing that this would be your practice. You can’t include a mask in the nearly $200 you charge for a visit? Pathetic. Please revisit this policy and apologize for wasting my husband’s time. Also your receptionist is rude and needs training in customer service.

I had a follow up with him for my orthotics he fitted me with. I told him I was having problems. He did nothing to look at the issue. He asked me to try other shoes. I told him that I already did that with the same effect. He just looked at my insole and said it looked okay nonchalantly and made to effort to rectify the issue and absolutely 0% ownership over his product. My wife was a patient of his before and she warned me about him. I downplayed it and really regret not listening to her. Would highly not recommend him.

Brought my elderly stepfather in for investigation of foot pain, swelling and infection. Dr Green was very rough with him, causing serious pain. Dr Green exhibited zero empathy or sensitivity, barely spoke directly to the patient, was unnecessarily rough, and failed to identify the actual problem. He did give us a requisition to have the foot x-rayed, but after the ordeal in his office my stepfather (a very stoic and independent person) could not face more abuse that day. Took him to hospital Emergency dept next day, where he was diagnosed and treated successfully for gout. BOTTOM LINE: Would not recommend Dr Green's services. We will not go back.

Went to doctor green for a nail issue. He was very understanding and very efficient. He solved my problem very quickly. He was able to work with my issues of not wanting someone touch my feet. I would recommend him to anyone

Dr. Green has no bedside manner what so ever. He is great at what he does, but I feel like when you’re paying that much money for (mostly) short visits, the least he could do is be kind.

Rude and arrogant he just want to sell orthotics. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone.

Took my elder mom to Dr Green. He barely looked at her feet and ordered orthotics. When taking the measurements he did not help her at all. I have taken her to other orthodontist and they will help her taking shoes on:off, help her stand and even clean feet after taking measurements. But here she was left to help her self. Very poor bedside manners. And he charge waay more. No service. Would never recommend him to anyone.

After 3 times of trying to get my orthotics right, he still could not do it. Even asked for my old orthotics from another Podiatrist to see what they did. I now cannot wear the othotics as they are uncomfortable and will not go back to him, so I have to pay all over again.
