I LOVE DR. JIMINEZ! SHE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. SHE ACTUALLY LISTENS TO YOU, AND SHE EXPLAINS THINGS TO YOU. MY PROBLEM IS WITH HER ASSISTANTS. I HAVE TO WAIT DAYS TO GET RETURN CALLS,IF THEY BOTHER TO CALL AT ALL. I HAD SOME BLOOD WORK DONE ON A TUESDAY. FRIDAY MORNING THEY DID CALL MY MOTHER'S NUMBER TO LEAVE ME A MESSAGE. I HAD NOT UPDATED MY PHONE NUMBER. I CALLED THE OFFICE NOT MORE THAN FIVE MINUTES AFTER THEY LEFT A MESSAGE WITH MY MOTHER, EXPLAINING WHAT I WAS CALLING ABOUT, AS WELL AS LEAVING 2 NEW CONTACT NUMBERS. I GOT NO PHONE CALL. I ALSO LEFT LENGTHY MESSAGES ON MONDAY, TUESDAY, AND WEDNESDAY, AND STILL GOT NO PHONE CALL. FINALLY MY BOYFRIEND CALLED THE OFFICE AND WAS FIRMER THAN I WAS AND I FINALLY GOT A CALL BACK AFTER ALMOST A WEEK. UNFORTUNATELY, THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST/ONLY TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. I UNDERSTAND THAT THEY GET BUSY, BUT RETURN CALLS ARE VERY IMPORTANT. DR. JIMINEZ IS GREAT, HER STAFF IS JUST VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND/OR UNCARING.

Never able to talk with the doctor or nurse in office on phone when you call. Must leave message and have them call you back if they decide to. In my experience you have a 50/50 chance of getting a reply. Last straw for me was the doctor was to make appt for me with a specialist. Waited 2 days for her to call me with appt date & time. Finally I called in and left message requesting info. Was never called back. Went to office 2 days later because I wanted to speak with anybody to get the info, appt had not been made & doctor didn't remember. Was told the appt would be made and I would be called the next morning with info. Still waiting. I've given up of the doctor's office & have now called the specialist myself and scheduled the appt. I'm now looking a new family doctor. One thing though, it's not the doctor herself that's the issue, I actually like her; it's the way the office is handled that's casuing the problems.
