Waiting period was about 10- 15 mins. Worth the wait because the dr isnt money hungry like the others in monterey park. The staffs are nice.

He seemed to have very little interest in giving good care. Seemed to just want to get me in and out without with as little work as possible. Condesending attitute as well. Also, a funny thing happened, when they wanted me to sign the paper that says I read and understood the arbitration agreement, they did not provide the agreeement for me to read. When I told them that it was missing, they looked at me confused and could not find the paper. They had to call the doctor over to find it and he had some trouble finding it himself. I guess no one ever reads the paperwork or questions it....even the doctor and his assistants.

Came in with a wrist injury 2 weeks ago while he was on vacation, an injury I already had for 2 weeks hoping it would go away. The temp doctor said to send me to a wrist specialist, but main doc had to see me first. He didn't even read why I came in before, when telling him of my injury, he didn't even touch my hand/wrist to see what was wrong. Just handed me pain medication prescription and told me to come back in 2 weeks. When I told him (again) that I've already had this pain for over 3 weeks, I insisted he do more, and he finally (after much arguing) went to send in the reference for an X-Ray, within 2 weeks he said. 2 WEEKS when I've already had this pain for over 3! He didn't do any analysis on me whatsoever. A Quack of a doctor!
