Dr. Peccorelli is an absolutely amazing doctor -- always very caring, great bedside manner, he personally calls his patients on his own time as soon as their test results come back (I mean really, what other doctor does that?!), he really takes the time to listen to patient concerns and help his patients in any and every way possible. He's funny, knowledgeable, incredibly polite, super-easy to talk to and just an all-around fantastic family doctor and a great guy. But his staff? Ohhhhh boy, that's another story entirely. The front desk staff at this office are all SO rude, nasty, selfish, uncaring, incompetent and unprofessional, it's insane. Never in my life have I seen a nastier or more incompetent staff at any physician's office. No matter what time of the day you call the office, even if it's literally first thing in the morning, they will put you on hold for about twenty minutes before they even say hello or ask your name. They ALWAYS have an attitude, and what's worse is that they can't even do their jobs correctly -- every month I have to call and ask them to send my prescription refills to my pharmacy like five times before they actually do. Why do I have to call and remind these people to DO THEIR JOBS CORRECTLY month after month after month? Dr. Peccorelli, you're a great doctor, but PLEASE ditch that nasty and incompetent staff at the front desk, because they're just dragging you and your practice down. A smoothly-run office makes a WORLD of difference. As much as I love Dr. Pecorelli, I have had it with his staff. One more mistake from them and I am finding a new doctor and taking my business elsewhere.

The staff is definitely going downhill in that office. I called to ask a simple question regarding when my next round of bloodwork was due and the person who answered the phone practically jumped down my throat instead of simply accessing my chart to get the information. As a long time patient I was appalled by her behavior and disgusted with her lack of professionalism. Another doctor may be in order if I have to deal with rude, unhelpful staff.

The staff is always rude not a pleasant office at all. Dr. Pecorelli is not a caring doctor especially when he turns away a 81 yr old patient because his office made a mistake and make appt for 5:55 and in computer put 4:55 and when patient arrived he refused to see her and refused to come out and speak with us, thank god this was not an emergency because she would of died if she depended on him!!! He is not a caring doctor but in it for the money obviously!! I was warned by many not to go there because of this staff being so nasty but now I saw it first hand myself and will never go BACK!

What a jerk! I went to him for help he flat out REFUSED TO HELP ME by telling me I need to see a neurologist (which I am fully capable of doing on my own without his referral)and then had the nerve to stick me with a bill (because he falsely reported my visit as due to a pre exsisting condition)WTF!!!

Dr. Pecorelli has been my doctor since he started practicing medicine and I've never had any major problems with him. He's usually accurate with his diagnoses and he listens when I address my concerns. I feel that he's a pretty good doctor overall. However, getting an appointment urgently is a challenge. Also, although I have had issues with the unprofessional attitudes of some of his staff members on several occasions, I feel that his staff has improved recently.

I was very upset after seeing Dr. Pecorelli. He mumbles so badly you can't understand him. On top of it, he made me feel bad about myself when telling him my health concerns because he wasn't listening to me. When he was listening, he was brushing me off. I felt like I wouldve been better off going soemwhere else.

Dr. Pecorelli has been over prescribing to my brother for years. He hands out pills like candy. My sister and I stepped in and told Dr. P about my brother's past problems with substance abuse. He had him on sedatives, pain killers, muscle relaxers and sleeping pills all at the same time! After we spoke to Dr. P he told my brother to quit using the drugs. Within a week my brother had a couple of seizures. The doctors in the ER said it was because he was not slowly taken off the drugs and his brain reacted to the abrupt change. That was 2 years ago. Recently, we found out that Dr. Pecorelli is again prescribing all these same drugs to our brother. This time we are stepping in and reporting him. We are also considering consulting with a lawyer. This man should not be practicing medicine nor be allowed to have a prescription pad. He appears to be caring, but apparently does not have a conscience.

I have been going to Dr.P for years. I think he is great. He has always followed up. He personally calls you when you have issues with a test result. A very personal touch. His staff needs some sensitivity training.
