Dr. Timothy McDermott is a very smart cardiologist, I have been his patient since he started his practice in Osage Beach, MO. He has helped me in every way possible. He will explain what is going on and always ask if I have any questions, also ask me if I need anything like refill my prescriptions. When ready to leave the office everyone says have a nice day and a cheerful goodbye. I recommend him to new people coming into our area.

I work in cardiology and when I needed to choose a cardiologist for myself I felt very comfortable with Dr. McDermott. He is amazingly knowledgeable and stays up to date on the most current treatment to be sure he is offering his patients the absolute best in practice. He spends the extra time to really explain things and answer questions. His bedside manner is abrupt at times, but overall he is great.

He saved my husband's life in the cath lab six years ago. We are returning to the Lake of the Ozarks as our primary residence and will return to his care. He was patient and knowledgeable. I am a Registered Nurse with critical care experience in large hospitals all over the country. Dr McDermott is one of the best.

He was rude to me, insulted me, and put me on lots of unnecessary medication. I was put on Lipitor, and many other statin drugs which crippled me and a couple years later I still have problems from it. I would never recommend him and stear friends away often.
