Dr. Tran is very compassionate, takes the time talk out issues and explain causation, medications and procedures. She has worked great with every member of my family. My only issue has been in scheduling appointments and being seen on time. I have learned to schedule appointments first thing in the morning or first seen after lunch. Otherwise the experience is a pleasant one.
