Horrible!!!!!! Acted like she was above and beyond. So rude and a snot!

She was very late. Poor bed side manner. Seemed to have an attitude for whatever reason.

Dr. Phillips is an excellent choice. What I liked about her bio is that she gives the patient choices instead of dictating a treatment. She listens, is compassionate, high energy and is so knowledgeable that she can be heard on WCCO Sunday morning at 7:00 a.m. I suspect the reason she is not always on time is that she gives patients the time they need. She is worth waiting for.
