Worst office I've ever dealt with, and worst Ob Gyn. She is actually a hurtful person, and uncaring and egotistical. Avoid her please. I don't want anyone to go thru what I had to.

I've been seeing Dr Greenbaum for the last 18 years and would never go anywhere else- She listens and explains things in a way that you can understand. She is 100% honest and sent me to see a colleague when she felt my issue was not of her expertise. My 88 year old mother has gone to her and shares similar feelings, as well as my 35 year old daughter-in-law who has delivered 3 babies with her and says she wishes she could have 3 more babies just to see her! In a world where people don't know how to connect anymore, Dr Greenbaum is always an experience of being heard and after seeing her I have always felt taken care of. Additionally, I understand that the staff has been under scrutiny in the past, but everyone was helpful, kind and courteous.

Was charged for a test I did not want and did not need under false pretenses! Never experienced this in my life!

If you are looking for an OBGYN doctor who is not only extremely medically intelligent, but also truly cares for you as a person, Dr. Greenbaum is the person to go to. She doesn't just see you as a patient but treats you like you really matter and are important. She has always taken her time and answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed in any way. I sent lots of my friends to her for their pregnancies and for regular gyn and every single one of them loves her. I haven't heard one bad thing about her. I go to the Boca Raton office and LOVE the staff there. They are always ready to help with a smile.

The Dr. is good but her staff is SUCH A HEADACHE - they are HORRIBLE (for the most part) and make the whole experience just very stressful. She needs to drain her office swamp and maybe it's to do with the computerized system they use - who knows, but something needs to change there. UGH.

Run for the hills. This staff are rude, incompetent and totally uncaring. It took another dr to finally get my medical records because they kept telling me I didn't sign a release. They had the release but were too lazy to look for it. It took at least 4 weeks and the help of my new dr to get my records. The doctor rushes, doesn't explain the seriousness of my uterine problems and tells me every time let's wait and see. I had very serious pain and she just brushed it off. In fact, I went ER twice because of the pain. I requested surgery for my growing cyst but she just kept telling me let's wait and see. I got so disgusted I finally left this totally uncaring dr. I went to a new Gyno who sent me for an MRI and it showed I had endometrial throughout, the cyst had gown at lest 6x bigger, 1 fibroid, and many polyps. Dr greenbaum never told me I had endometriosis or the ploys and didn't seem concerned about the cyst. 4 weeks later I had successful surgery for all my problems and thank goodness it wasn't cancer. The new dr was shocked that I had all these things and dr greenbaum never told me about all of them or recommended treatment even after I asked for surgery. I was treated with no care to my condition or my request to have surgery and not even told the extent of my problems. She was more concerned about me getting pregnant. I was more concerned about my pain and possible cancer as my cancer markers kept coming back high. My family was so worried and concerned but I finally left her practice and am good now.

Never even got as far as making an appointment with her office. The first receptionist was incompetent and didn't understand basic health insurance info. The second receptionist was very nice but I hung up after 20 minutes of answering the same questions over and over and being placed on hold. The way an office is run is an excellent indicator of how a practice is run. I would only recommend this place to Hitler's mother.
